Literacy this Week

WALT:
[Choose the correct word from the keyword box to replace the ???? in the paragraph below.]

This week we have been learning about ecosystems. I really enjoyed learning about the food chains and biomes/habitats. I really think I did a good attempt at this activity, it was quite fun to do and I would do this again if it were another activity.
I think it was an interesting activity. Did you think it interesting? Please give me feedback on what could make my posts more exciting. :/

My Infographic on DanganronpaV3 Executions

WALT:  Make an infographic, rating something that we like.

For the past few days we have been learning how to make an infographic on something we enjoy, Infographic's are an easy way to convey information using a simple form that is easy to understand,

I chose to do my Infographic on DanganronpaV3 Executions. It is an anime killing game where students are forced to kill or be killed. The executions are the 'punishment' for someone who has murdered a fellow student.
That is my infographic based on the DanganronpaV3 executions. I really think I did a good job on rating these. I would ask what your favourite Danganronpa execution is, but I know whoever reads this has probably never ever watched Danganronpa.

My Invention

This week's theme for literacy was Cartoon/Anime/Animation. I decided to share my invention with you. This is my advertisement for my invention, it is a 'Sporkflahg' A knife, spork, car battery, ladle and butter knife combined.
That was my invention, very original I know. I feel like I could've added more about the invention itself, but its literally called a Sporkflahg; What more information do you really need?
Anyway, please Comment if you like this or not.

Literacy work - extinct animals

WALT: Science and technology is now at a point where cloning (recreating) animals is possible. But does that mean we should do it??
Complete the table below with at least 3 reasons why we should and 3 reasons why we shouldn’t clone dinosaur
I think my reasons were pretty great you know. I think maybe I could've had been more creative with my reasons. Umm Yeah so please comment what you probably would've put there or something :/

Literacy Myths and Legends

WALT: Write a setting description using your Y-chart on your groups shared doc.
On Friday one of our activities was to write a small description of our chosen scenery. I chose this rock beach looking thing with mountains and clouds, stuff like that :/

   Setting description
Bright blue waves crashing up against the rocks. The easy breeze pushing the salty smell of ocean water into the air. Clouds and mountains gathered along the horizon, the smell of mold drifted across the shore, old rocks from long ago rotting. It was cold, foam spit and bubbled as small gushes of water got closer and closer. The clouds in the distance were now just above head, covering the sun dimming the light

It isn't very long but It holds quite a bit of description, in my opinion anyway. I don't really think I did to good.
I didn't really enjoy writing this it was kinda boring but I liked the tiny pictures :3
did you like the tiny pictures? I think they are pretty cool! please feel free to give me feedback about what I could do better (please)

Literacy This Week

WALT: Create a “QUALITY” Blog post about what we have been learning about in Literacy
Food. for last week we learnt about food and how many different cultures revolve around food. To be honest I didn't really learn to much apart from how many types of pasta there are.
The work I chose to share with you is my research on Okonomiyaki, A Japanese dish. I've actually had Okonomiyaki before and it tastes really nice.
This was really fun to learn about and I kind of enjoyed it. I think maybe next time I could add a bit more about how Okonomiyaki is served or maybe where it originated with I think I did and okay job.
